Ho ho ho

it's still Friday, 21 December

This was a new venture for me: I've never put a pompon (no, that's not a typo--google it) on a hat before. They're a lot of work, but a necessity for this item!
On this, the longest night of the year, I made fudge, biscotti, gingerbread, dinner, glog (hot spiced wine), and soup for post-ride lunch tomorrow. And a Santa hat. Ho ho ho!

Glog? Here's hoping that drinks as fun as it sounds. Glogalogalug. I think that could be a Doctor Seuss country.

Fun is right. Brandy, sherry, and claret (or something else red). Plus raisins and cinnamon sticks. And sugar, to guarantee yumminess. It warms you from the inside out! Warm, happy, merry, tasty holidays to you too, A !!
