Where art thou, James?

Monday, 9 October

I try to be patient with my friends. Really, I do (they may not have noticed). For nearly four months now, I've been reading these words: "Saturday was the Ballard crit." But the Ballard crit has come and gone and been forgotten by all but Tricia (who should savor it sweetly all winter). One blog entry only lasts so long. Maybe "stupid-cyclist" realizes he's no longer a stupid cyclist and is blogging under a different nom d'ethernet? Maybe he just relishes the fact that he was doing it first and puts blogging in the "been there, done that" column. But I miss his sweet musings.

James was spotted at St. Edward's park on Sunday - looking low key and perhaps about ready to make a new entry! Or, perhaps he was taking a break from composing the comment by Dr. Whoami!

More likely: on his way home from work, pondering his next pint. You'd need one too (still), wouldn't you, after running around a monastery in a shower stall with a rubber ducky on your head? Of course, he did the Marymoor Little 100 in Mighty Mouse undies, so maybe the shower was an improvement.

Too bad Jamie's not writing about some of this stuff. Sounds like it could be great reading! LOL! ;-)

You got dr. whoami'd. Kelekelebobelly got it a few days ago. Doesn't blogger have a maximum comment length. No? Bummer.

Jamie is in training for the "Head of the Charles" regatta.

He's getting together with his college team to put together an alumni squad and he's taking it pretty seriously. On the side he's been doing a lot of arm wrestling.

well, i think the problem is Jamie never wrote his own blog. but his last check to the ghost writer bounced and they've been locked in court battles ever since. that's why i have Ppuppy write my blogs. he is cheap (a cup of cocoa) and doesn't know about small claims court yet. besides, if jamie can hold out a little longer the post will again be valid.
